The Nashville Celts record Sons of Sailors is a fun and creative hybrid of mostly uptempo foot stomping vocal and instrumental tunes. A mix of Americana, Irish, pop, classic Country, and the unexpected. Mostly well crafted originals and clever covers.

Released on July 10, 2013

Christmas with the Celts features a mix of classic and ancient Irish and Scottish yuletide carols carried out by a seasoned group of players (the Celts) who blend traditional instrumentation like fiddles and uilleann pipes with keyboards and drum loops. The arrangements are mostly tasteful and the playing is stellar throughout, with only the occasional lapse into gift shop new age/worldbeat. There are some usual suspects to be found here, like "Little Drummer Boy” and “Silent Night,” but it’s the unfamiliar pieces ("Balulalow,” “Da' Day Dawis,” “Baloo Lammy”) that end up delivering the goods.

Released on July 8, 2013

This is a collection of some of our favorite and most oft played celtic instrumentals featuring Patrick D'Arcy from Dublin on the uilleann pipes. Many of the tracks were recorded live in order to capture the rousing energy of these fun tunes.

Released on November 1, 2011

This is the studio release from the popular PBS Pledge show concert aired across the U.S.! Ancient Irish and Scottish Christmas Carols return to the modern world combined with cool drum loops and vocals. Haunting, lively and powerful!!!
